Kuroi

Kuroi is an artistic project created by Jerson Jiménez, a Mexican musician who explores, mixes, and synthesizes sounds to create songs in various styles and genres. My musical journey began as an academic guitarist during my childhood and teenage years. Later, I focused on producing beats and recording music for other artists, which eventually led me to develop my identity as an independent artist. My music has reached over 75 countries and amassed more than 100,000 streams globally. I've had the privilege of collaborating with local and emerging artists with whom I share creative synergy and a common interest in exploring new musical styles.
My main influences as a producer are @Skrillex, @Mike Dean, @Kanye West, @The Neptunes, and @Dr. Dre. @Pink Floyd has been my biggest inspiration for becoming a musician. In terms of rap, my references are diverse, but I am mainly influenced by the styles of Atlanta, Chicago, New Orleans, and Memphis, with rappers such as @$uicideboy$, @Travis Scott, @Future, and @Denzel Curry.
