Kurtis John

Kurtis John, has spent the last two decades writing, recording, touring and producing music that has made its way onto stages and radio stations, and into movie theaters and households around the world. Born and raised in the small town of Enfield, Connecticut the Singer/Songwriter/Producer found mainstream success as lead singer and songwriter for The Last Goodnight. KJ found chart-topping success throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Australia behind the strength of hit singles “Pictures Of You” and “Stay Beautiful.” Both tracks reached the Top 5 on the US Hot AC Chart and, among their many placements, the former was the most played song in Australia throughout 2007 and soundtracked national campaigns for Kodak and New Line Cinema’s “Ghosts of Girlfriends Past” as well as promos for ABC’s “Brothers & Sisters.” After his success with his band The Last Goodnight, he moved to Nashville to dig deeper into his songwriting and production. Outside of the Last Goodnight his songs have been recorded by various artists including Augustana, Alissa Moreno, Jason Blaine, River Town Saints, Ravi Drums, Kaz James, and a slew of others. He is currently writing and producing for multiple projects including new music for The Last Goodnight and Silence X Noise.
