KYOTO

KYOTO is a multifaceted artist whose music defies convention and transcends boundaries. Dark, psychedelic, and experimental, KYOTO's sonic palette embodies a mesmerizing fusion of genres. As a rapper, singer, and producer, he orchestrates a symphony of soundscapes, seamlessly blending "out of this world" melodies with psychedelic production.


Throughout his first EP “BIPOLAR” KYOTO takes a unique approach by using alter egos and self-reflections of the past to tell the story of his personality change caused by substance abuse and the struggles of coming up as an artist. This led to the story of each song on the EP being told by a different alter ego/side of him, each having a unique point of view, thus the project is called "BIPOLAR", representing all the voices in his head.


Building upon this foundation, his second EP entitled "ADHD", is a captivating exploration into the intricacies of one's inner world, delving into the sensation of estrangement and the pervasive feeling of being out of place, as if hailing from another realm entirely. This project marks a significant evolution in KYOTO's sonic landscape, embracing a daring experimentation that pushes the boundaries of musical expression. Embodied within the dynamic fusion of new wave and rage beats lies a palpable, hyperactive energy, mirroring the restless essence of ADHD itself. "ADHD" stands as a pioneering endeavor within the Romanian music scene, setting a new standard for innovation and originality.
