Mexican funk-rock band La Dosis started getting its own place in the local music scene by the mid-'90s, debuting in 1996 with a self-titled album. Later the band decided to work on a compilation of popular Latin urban songs, such as "Pedro Navaja" and "Macondo," soon after releasing them as an EP. In 1998 La Dosis moved to Los Angeles, CA, to record their follow-up album called Hydro, produced by Sebastián Arocha. ~ Drago Bonacich, Rovi
