Laith Abu Joda is a multi-award winning Palestinian singer. He was born in Jordan on November 9th 1992.
He began performing in school when he was 6 years old. His parents recognized his talent immediately and signed him up to a music school where he learnt to play the violin.
At the age of 17 he moved to Egypt to complete his music studies and joined the Arab music institute.
At 18 he joined the choral team at the Cairo Opera House.
His big break came in 2015 when he auditioned for the biggest Arab talents TV show’s Star Academy. He quickly became a regional house-hold name. With an expansive voice equally at home with pop, folk and operatic pieces, Laith left the show in the quarter finals and launched his music career. Stour Mehterka and 100 Lown were well received.
In April 2019 he released Ma Trouh – a beautiful Lebanese ballad about unrequited love.
