Larko was born in the City of Manchester, he moved to North Wales at a very young age. Larko is a 25-year-old rap/grime artist. Larko suffers from a disability called Cerebral Palsy which affects his ability to walk and talk but he still has a unique way of making music. Larko writes out his lyrics then hires someone to be his voice, he also has mimes in his music videos to do actions he can’t physically do. He is the first to do this type of music. Larko’s first big hit was a letter to himself where he is rapping about his childhood, Larko has appeared in quite a few articles in newspapers such as the Daily Post. Once Larko had succeeded in bringing the grime scene to North Wales, he decided to move back to his birth place Manchester in 2019 where his popularity amongst the people of Manchester and the whole of the UK has grown rapidly.
