LauMii a.k.a .L. Michele, is an International Spoken Word Poet singer and songwriter. The Miami Florida native with new Jersey roots first entered the performance scene in 2005 at the Literary Café’ hosted by the late great Def Poet Will “Da Real One Bell”. L is known for her sultry voice and powerful lyrics. In 2011, she began hosting her own open mic Majestical Lips in “Lil Haiti” Miami, where she began playing with a live funk fusion band The Uncanny Reservoir.
During the summer of 2013, L. released her first Spoken Word EP entitled “Some Chic’s Poetry”, in 2014, L. has performed in several poetry venues such as The Sela Bar in LEEDS, England for “Sunday Practice”, The Green House Coffee Shop in Amsterdam to the most popular Apache Café in Atlanta, Ga., just to name a few. L has collaborated with several independent artists over the years. In 2018, she collided funky forces Producers Raffaele Scoccia a.k.a Moon Rocket and Angelo Ferreri where she has featured on several tracks soon to be delivered to a crowd hungry for a new sound.
