Chukwuemeka Gabriel Obi aka Le Mav is a grammy nominated music producer, songwriter, DJ & multi-instrumentalist born in Surulere, Lagos Nigeria.
Introduced to music and heavily influenced by Soul, Funk Hip-hop and R&B at an early age, he has gone on to bag production credits on Cruel Santino’s ‘Mandy and The Jungle’ (Sparky, Murvlana) and ‘Subaru Boys’ (Heating Rocks, Born Again ft Amaarae, The Pearls), Tiwa Savage’s ‘Water & Garri’ (Special Kinda) and Seyi Vibez - Vibez inc Mixtape, producing 'Ogo' featuring Tion Wayne, which peaked at #3 Top 100 Nigerian songs. He also produced on the Black Panther : Wakanda Forever soundtrack (Anya Mmiri) featuring Ckay & Pink Pantheress.
Gold, his collaborative duo with artist Tay Iwar offers listeners a captivating experience of Afro-fusion, laced with R&B and Pop elements. Le Mav truly is a certified genre-blender
