LEFTI is the project of NYC-based producer and multi-instrumentalist Alex Suarez. A lifelong nickname rooted in being the only left-hander in his family, LEFTI has become synonymous with infectious groove, funky basslines, and a distinct sonic identity that’s instantly recognizable on the dancefloor.

With a background as a touring and studio musician, songwriter, DJ, and producer, LEFTI has carved out a unique space in house music — blending classic funk and disco influences with modern club energy. His tracks have landed on top-tier labels like DVINE Sounds, There Was Jack, Nervous, Toolroom, and Kittball. Notably, his singles “Deep Down” and “Heart and Soul” both climbed house charts and earned widespread support from DJs and tastemakers around the globe.

In 2021, LEFTI launched his own imprint, Quincy Boy Records, which has quickly gained recognition in the underground house scene. His work continues to receive consistent radio play and club support, with a catalog that keeps dancers moving and DJs reaching for more.
