LEFTI is a project by producer Alex Suarez. Yes he really is left handed and his nickname his entire life has been "lefty", being the only left hander in his immediate family.
After Many years of being a professional touring and studio musician, DJ, published songwriter and producer, LEFTI emerged into the House Music stream wIth a plethora of notoriable remixes and original music. His production is rich with groove with a focus on his indistinguishable bass lines which weave together to create his signature sound. When a lefti record comes on, you know it right away!
LEFTI has releases with some of the industries Leading house labels including: Nervous, Freakin909, Let There Be House, There Was Jack, House U, Big Beat, Love & Other, Strangelove, Basement Sound, Box Of Cats, Purple Tea, plus 5 releases with the great Toolroom records. In 2021 LEFTI minted his own record label, the critically acclaimed "Quincy Boy records", which has been received very well by the house music community as it is establishing it's presence and has garnered support from top tier artists as well as countless spins on Bbc Radio 1- where he had the track of the week with "Party People" and recieved consistent support at KISS FM and Select Radio.
