After meeting and forming in London, Legss released their darkly satirical debut EP Writhing Comedy in 2019. A year later the band’s genre-bending sophomore EP Doomswayers was released in the shadow of the pandemic, championed by BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6 Music. Following the release of their single and short film ‘Hollywood’ in 2021, Legss released their third EP Fester via The state51 Conspiracy, which saw acclaim from the likes of the Sunday Times, Quietus, Independent, Line of Best Fit, So Young, DORK, L&Q, and DIY.
In 2025 they released their debut album Unreal.
