Originally from Hertfordshire, just North of London. Liam relocated to Liverpool, to study at John Moores University.
As word quickly spread about his blistering DJ sets across the city, he secured a residency with LOST - one of Liverpool's premiere Tech House events in 2015, which he still holds to this day.
After graduating from Uni, he decided to stay in Liverpool, and build his reputation as one of the city’s best new DJs. In 2019, he started ‘On Beat DJ School’, offering new artists the best quality education, and tuition in the art of DJing. The following year in 2020, he changed his DJ/Production name from Liam Ross to Lekota, and he hasn’t looked back since.
2021 saw Lekota make his Ibiza debut, where he held a residency at Ibiza Rocks supporting Joel Corry. This led to Lekota supporting Joel Corry on his 15 date UK & Ireland tour.
With DJ sets at Defected Croatia, Parklife, and Mint Festival, already under his belt. Make sure you keep a close eye on Lekota, as he becomes one of the hottest properties in house music.
