Léo Rispal now continues his musical journey under the name Léo Ange.
Discovered at a very young age, Léo Rispal grew up in the public eye, performing on stage and television from the age of 9. After several projects up until 2014, he chose to step back, free himself from expectations, and find his own voice. As he moved beyond adolescence, he returned with his first compositions in English, a language that became the key to unrestrained expression. This more intimate and confident writing took shape in his debut EP Off My Chest (2024), which delves into themes of duality, absence, and the search for connection. His influences range from Judy Garland and the American pop culture he discovered as a child, to Patti Smith, Robert Mapplethorpe, Nick Drake and modern icons like Beyoncé and Anohni. Today, a new chapter begins: under the name Léo Ange, the artist steps into a space where his voice, words, and vision can unfold freely.
