What began as a joke in 1987 became the international reference in industrial percussion.
Les Tambours du Bronx were born in 1987 in the industrial backdrop of Varennes-Vauzelles, France.
From the start, their mission has been one of constant reinvention: transforming raw matter — metal, barrels, sticks —
into instruments of life, rage, dance, and inner revolution.
For nearly four decades, the band has shaken stages across the globe — from Europe to the Americas, Africa to Asia —
and has shared the stage with icons such as Metallica, Sepultura, Page & Plant, and Johnny Hallyday...
Every collaboration, every encounter has fueled their evolution. Today, the collective embodies two powerful faces:
• The Classic Show, pure industrial percussion, where hypnotic rhythms, samples,
and choreographed fury create a visceral trance.
• The Metal Show, denser and sharper, where guitars, bass, drums, and vocals collide with the raw force of the barrels —
an augmented, untamed form of industrial metal.
Evolution lies at the core of Les Tambours du Bronx: from primal trance to electronic fusions, and now metal,
they have never ceased to push their own boundaries.
Their latest release, the EP The Wild Pack, is a manifesto of power and instinct, where the heritage of the barrels merges
with the rage of heavy riffs.
Les Tambours du Bronx don’t just perform music — they deliver a physical, visceral experience,
a communion where sound is not only heard but lived.
