French alternative metal band Lofofora formed in 1989, ranking among France's most politically engaged outfits, with their blend of punk, alternative, and rap-metal and witty, concerned lyrics quite comparable to the work of <a href="spotify:artist:2d0hyoQ5ynDBnkvAbJKORj">Rage Against the Machine</a>.
