Singer/songwriter, painter, and sculptor and guitarist/vocalist/songwriter for colorful Southern California-based retro-pop collective <a href="spotify:artist:7giUHu5pv6YTZgSkxxCcgh">Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros</a>, London-born Christian Letts crafts bucolic indie folk confections with a hook-laden pop center. In 2011 Letts met <a href="spotify:artist:3bYcjbVAN3rAuU3TMzw2mB">Marcus Mumford</a> while opening for <a href="spotify:artist:3gd8FJtBJtkRxdfbTu19U2">Mumford & Sons</a> on their Railroad Revival Tour. The two became fast friends and when Letts decided to strike out on his own he asked <a href="spotify:artist:3bYcjbVAN3rAuU3TMzw2mB">Mumford</a> to come along for the ride and handle production duties.
