5 times award winning kids music producer Levity Beet has been producing offbeat humourous music for kids since 2008 when his first album’s title track ‘Little Blue’ won the APRA New Zealand children’s Song of the Year. After his early success with ‘Little Blue’ Levity won two more Apra New Zealand Children's Song of the Year awards in 2012 for 'Sometimes I make Mistakes' and 2015 for 'There's one in the Bush'
In 2021 Levity's 'Bamboo Banger' collection of 10 songs saw him a finalist for the Tui New Zealand Children's Musician of the Year - an award he won in 2018 for his 'My Best Friend Jake is a Cyborg' album and then won again in 2023 for the 'Dino Bunny Digger Let's Go!' collection.
Levity produces music for many artists and can be found regularly touring NZ sharing his musical invention show that features unusual musical creations, lively fun songs and a lot of laughs.
Currently working on a series of duets with the last surviving pink moa bird, Levity is looking forward to sharing this new video/song adventure worldwide in 2026.
