Garnering over 32K monthly listeners on Spotify, a rising pop singer-songwriter from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, liesl-mae wrote her name in the music industry when she was featured on the iconic billboard in New York Times Square, United States of America in November 2022 through her involvement with Spotify EQUAL, a global program that celebrates and amplifies women in music, in over 178 markets. The 25-year-old also made her first debut festival performance at Good Vibes Weekender 2022 alongside the likes of Jackson Wang, Pink Sweat$, and beabadoobee, to name a few.

liesl-mae lists Lizzy McAlpine, Dodie, Billie Eilish, and Bruno Major as her inspirations. Her artistry is defined by her uniquely distinct, dreamy and lullaby-like vocals — charming fans far and wide with her relatable and alluring hits such as “Solace” (2021), “Headspace”, “The Trip”, and "Raincloud" (2022), amassing a total of over 1,560,000 streams on all digital streaming platforms.

She released her debut EP 'welcome to my mind' in 2023 and in her own words, the EP is about “documenting my growth as a person & the struggles and triumphs that came with it. It is one of sadness, anger, frustration, but also one of reflection, togetherness, and personal growth”.
