Light Sonic

An electronic producer from Brazil writing his fictional universe as a digital clone of a musician in his lucid dream-like virtual world.

Most experienced in melodic bass music, his tracks have a bittersweet and futuristic feeling while still maintaining some organic elements (especially piano and strings), sometimes energetic, sometimes atmospheric, or both, but always trying new things. A diverse discography that still feels connected somehow, due to his obsession with musical storytelling, with or without lyrics, which usually explore themes of grief with a glimpse of hope, from the perspective of one of his characters.

Gabriel M. (Light) began making music in 2018 at the age of 12 using the mobile DAW Caustic 3. Around 2019, his creative approach to Melodic Dubstep made him popular within the Caustic community, as he reintroduced Vocaloids in the scene, and collaborated with artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:572CGpCDR9WNNMc8JzAGXm" data-name="N2-Nitrator">N2-Nitrator</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:4hjjdd4xgfkyPyHu3bgKfC" data-name="Austral Iris">Austral Iris</a>, and <a href="spotify:artist:3C7kTFjibSEAx7OiEJyWQQ" data-name="Also Shiori">Also Shiori</a>, who were also popular in the Caustic 3 scene.
