Elijah Liu a.k.a. Lijah Lu is a Mexican-Chinese-American singer, songwriter, producer, and entrepreneur. His musical roots span from Celia Cruz; Queen of Salsa, to the guitar legend Carlos Santana. Inspired by these Greats, Lijah picked up a guitar at the age of eleven and taught himself to play; taking after his grandfather Sotero.
Pursuing a career in music, he skipped his high school graduation to put his passion and skill to the test on a national level. He first gained recognition by starring in the reality singing competition series American Idol (season 12) as a top ten male finalist.
After the series he released his debut EP Grown and also the singles Gone and Back Out, which gained him an international cult following.
