Balearic muse, jazz whisperer, and one-time RadioFlash DJ from Turin, Linda Di Franco made her mark in the 1980s with cult European hits like TV Scene and My Boss, released by Korova/WEA. Her sound—elegant, cinematic, and emotionally lucid—bridged new wave, pop, and ambient soul, gaining underground traction in Ibiza and beyond.
After relocating to the U.S. in 1986, she stepped away from music to work in film, becoming a sound editor and director. But in 1995, under the spell of love, she recorded Human Bondage and Skin with producer Chico Bennett—unreleased until now.
Now, after decades of quiet, Linda is reimagining new versions of her songs, in jazz and Balearic hues, and accompanied by a new poetic audio series, The Balearic Method: meditative sonic postcards that invite you to slow down, dream, and drift.
