Lindsay C. Anderson is a Chicago-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist whose work spans folk, rock, and dream pop. Known for her emotionally rich and lyrically poetic songs, Anderson brings intimacy and depth to every project she touches. Her voice—at once earthy and ethereal—has become a signature in the American indie underground, with a body of work that reflects both vulnerability and resolve.
Anderson co-founded the critically acclaimed group L’Altra, releasing albums on labels such as Aesthetics, Hefty, and Talitres. She later launched a solo career with 'If' (Minty Fresh), and formed Same Waves with electronic musician John Hughes, releasing Algorithm of Desire (Flau) and Designations:Dunes (Bandcamp) to international praise.
Her voice is featured on Telefon Tel Aviv's "Map of What Is Effortless" and the single "Sound in a Dark Room," and has collaborated with Pulseprogramming, Wrekmeister Harmonies, WW Lowman, AUS, and more.
