Growing up with the mesmerizing Scandinavian landscapes, multi-instrumentalist Liv Solveig creates a sound which reflects this wilderness: wide and beautiful spaces, profound and expanded. Symphonic layers in a dense sophisticated timbre.
Her new album "Slow Travels" (release on may 14th) was produced by Liv herself and renown indie producer Tobias Siebert (Me And My Drummer, Enno Bunger and more). Liv Solveig arranged the ten songs herself - refurbishing carefully every track with new layers of voice, violin, guitar and piano, polishing every timbre of reverb and background sound as a sculptor of her own musicality.
Liv Solveig is a sparkling name among some of the best bands and projects of these times: she already worked with Get Well Soon, Alin Coen, performed with Balbina at the Hamburg Elbphilharmonie and is the keyboardist of the great Tuvaband.
