LooneyJetman is the alias of Andrew Lee, an English composer, producer, musician and remixer. He has been recording music in the electronic and ambient genres since the 1990s and has been releasing music independently since 2011. He is influenced by the works of <a href="spotify:artist:5MhLmv7GgyjbxGqiIGasvT" data-name="Jean-Michel Jarre">Jean-Michel Jarre</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0dmPX6ovclgOy8WWJaFEUU" data-name="Kraftwerk">Kraftwerk</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:1BGN1IdyiSR0ZYrkoKNchl" data-name="Tangerine Dream">Tangerine Dream</a>, <a href="spotify:artist:0hxQtmgWiPtEsDPeIuKxXq" data-name="John Carpenter">John Carpenter</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:3U2U4TR03ZuStsizrv0EJB" data-name="Klaus Schulze">Klaus Schulze</a>, producing densed synthesizer sequences whilst also incorporating elements of modern electronic dance music and retro-inspired Synthwave.
LooneyJetman's first release was the trance single All Your Base Are Belong To Us in 2011. His first album, the Berlin School-inspired Deep Blue was released in 2012. The Lonely Sky was released in 2017. Two more club-oriented singles were released in 2014 while the second album, The Lonely Sky, was released at the end of 2017. 2019 saw re-recorded versions of The Island and H2O released. 2020 kicked off with the release of Gravity 1984 in May, to be followed by the energetic track Cassette in July.
