Lost Dreams

Back in the mid-90s, Andreas Maierhofer and Herbert Sopracolle - both fans of raw, uncompromising and extreme music – started a project together that would later become the band LOST DREAMS.
Since the band was deeply rooted and heavily active in the local Austrian metal underground-scene, their first demo „Reflections of Darkness“ created quite a buzz amongst metal-heads in 1999. In 2003 and many live shows later, the band released their debut „Where Gods Creation Ends“, a very brutal, yet highly melodic effort.
Despite having to deal with various line-up changes, the metal machine never stopped working. Due to the band’s uncompromising work ethic, a new album was released every two years: "Tormented Souls" (2005), "End of Time" (2007), "Wage of Disgrace" (2009) and "Blinded by Rage" (2011) not only let the band grow and evolve, but also enabled countles video shoots, club shows and tours across Europe.
By learning and growing from their own past, LOST DREAMS manage to combine technical prowess, memorable hooks, and earthshattering riffs on their new album “EXHALE”.
