Formed in 2020, Phoenix AZ band Lost Dutchman is named after the true story of a legendary goldmine and the prospector who took its secret location to the grave. Fans describe their music as a bare bones gut-punch of Stoner (Biker) Doom and (Heavy) Desert Rock; honest, progressive and stylistically in a class all its own.
The first studio release, the 4 song epic “The Desert Snuff Film Sessions” is a bluesy, dark and ominous psychedelic riff ride with gritty vocals, and an unapologetically rugged, yet masterfully complex sound.
