Hailing from Croydon, the birthplace of Dubstep, UK-based producer LOST is a driving force in the evolution of the genre. Raised in a city renowned for shaping some of the most influential figures in Dubstep, LOST’s musical journey began in the Grime scene. However, it wasn’t long before the magnetic energy of the local Dubstep movement caught his ear and ignited his passion for production.
Immersing himself in the underground scene, LOST frequented the legendary FWD nights in late 2007, where the sounds of pioneering artists were shaping the future of Dubstep. Inspired by the beats and basslines, he soon began crafting his own sound, that would come to define his unique style.
His talent didn’t go unnoticed—Dubstep and DnB heavyweight Jakes recognized LOST's potential and invited him to join the prestigious HENCH Recordings label. There, LOST not only honed his craft but also contributed to the label’s forward-thinking sound, influencing a new wave of producers along the way.
Known for his atmospheric and bass-heavy tracks, LOST has made waves across the global music scene, playing at iconic clubs, festivals, and even touring the USA.
