Lottah crafts modern indie music by fearlessly incorporating guitar, keyboard, banjo, cittra,
mandolin, and voice into dreamy earworm tunes that keep listeners coming back for more.
The Stockholm native was first exposed to the guitar by her father, who taught her how to play
at 10 years old. Her early music was influenced by synth pop, punk rock, and indie rock, and
some of these themes remain in her music today. Lottah was often seen playing guitar and
singing in the Stockholm streets with her friends throughout her teen years. Though she
continued writing and singing as an adult, the indie musician found herself busy pursuing family
and work in the Swedish countryside. However, her passion for music never faded, and she
returned to her first love, determined to release her music into the world.
After decades of writing, rewriting, and refining her craft, the indie songstress is thrilled to
announce her debut album, “The last goodbye”, released November 1, 2024. The 8-track album
features songs about heartbreak and realization of the impact of experiences from childhood throughout life, picking up the pieces.
Lottah writes music as an outlet to process, reflect, and release emotions. She strives to
communicate raw emotion through song and create emotional landscapes in listeners’ inner
beings.
Lottah’s passion for music has remained steadfast and she looks forward to bringing her stories
to life with future releases.
