Louch is a multi-talented musician,and songwriter born in Monrovia, Liberia, Africa, Raised across west Africa due to war he later moved to Minneapolis at the age of 15yrs. His drive, focus, and tenacity have led him to become a relentless and emerging force in the independent hip hop circuit. Louch is making music that is driven by a desire to motivate, inspire, and to tell his story his way
Born Lawrence Jackson-, he had a turbulent upbringing and even landed a felony charge. That was the turning point he needed and he turned to music as the vehicle by which to express himself by writing and recording music. He uses his experiences and musical acumen to create a unique sound. He cites icons such as Future, Young Thug, Jay Z, The Dream, and Michael Jackson as the pivotal influences in his music. He also draws inspiration from his daughter and family. This all culminates in Louch producing an enjoyable, easygoing musical experience and authentic and grounded in reality. His overarching ambition is to be the artist of the decade in 2033 and to impact a global community of listeners and connect with them. He hopes to motivate people especially kids in underdeveloped countries that have no hope. He also hopes to help those that hear the music cope with the negative situations in life.He plans to bring opportunities back to underdeveloped communities so that there can be economic development in the underdeveloped countries he grew up in.
