French-born, L.A. based Loui Sixteen is a glorious collision of contradictions: hot-tempered and hypersensitive, rambunctious and sophisticated, irreverent and endearingly sincere. In documenting her self-discovery, she hopes that Loui Sixteen might inspire others to transcend their comfort zone, trust their instincts, and fully own their imperfections. “I’m not trying to make my songs perfect in any way,” she says. “If I ever tried to force anything it would be a disaster—I just want to be as honest as possible, and use my music & my videos to express exactly what I feel.”
