Loukia Valasi, a high knowledgeable singer, musician and performer. She has already cooperated as a singer and a Santouri soloist with many significant, prominent Greek and foreign artists in Greece and abroad like, George Dalaras, Kostas Makedonas, Dimitris Mpasis, Giota Negka, Thanos Mikroutsikos, Christos Nikolopoulos etc.
She has been awarded for her contribution in music from the UNESCO club of the department of Piraeus and Islands and from the federation of the European Thessalians in Munich, as she obtained many honourable titles and awards in artistic contests and festivals in Greece and abroad.
Loukia as composer wrote music for the English-Greek film "The Winter". A milestone in her artistic career was the creation of her first video clip shot on Mount Olympus, interpreting a masterpiece "Magic Night", thus connecting the music legend Mikis Theodorakis with the mythical mountain of antiquity, Mount Olympus.
Furthermore, the second video clip was released with title "Hymn of Peace", which is an artistic creation of the songwriters and composers of Loukia and Stella Valassi and took place at the Ancient Theatre of Larissa in order to highlight our cultural heritage.
Recently, Loukia represented Greece on the three days of December 17-19, 2019 at the famous festival in India, Tansen Samaroh, where artists and music lovers from all over the world gather, receiving excellent reviews.
