Southern California native Lucas Aaron is a multi-instrumentalist, songwriter and recording engineer. Influences shine through with a love of mid-60s mod and power pop, accompanied with a more contemporary feel of garage rock and psychedelic folk. In October '19, famed Indiana indie label Gulcher Records released his debut album, Lose Your Mind. Stand out songs include title track, "Lose Your Mind" and "She Is". The latter received radio play on KXLU 88.9 FM & SiriusXm respectively.
His subsequent release, an EP titled Daydream Twins, was a collaborative effort with Joel Wall (Diamond Hands). Never one to sit still for too long, his second album Domino was released in May of '21 via Green Door Studios. Described by Shindig Magazine as " .. A belting collection of smart, melodic tunes...with vocals sounding part Marc Bolan, part Daniel Romano. Glorious, shiny goodness."
Reaching for new heights, Lucas began a creative partnership with local Los Angeles powerhouse label, Lolipop Records. Under the Lolipop umbrella, a follow up to his collaborative EP titled "Circles" as well as a single "She's Gone" have been released. The latter garnering praise from INDIE MUSIC CONNOISSEURS The Revue, "heady layers of trippy, reverb-heavy indie rock evoke Ty Segall and Psychedelic Porn Crumpets one moment and The Black Keys the next”
