Lucy Gray
SINGER-SONGWRITER, COMPOSER, MULTI-INSTRUMENTALIST
Lucy grew up performing on midwest festival stages from age 7 while studying classical and fiddle style violin. By age 9 she was performing her own original songs leading her to become a four time recipient of Missouri University's COMP award for songwriting and music composition, an invitation as guest speaker at Missouri Western State University's Art Scape program, repeated radio spins, TV appearances, including WoodSongs Old-Time Radio Hour on PBS, and a grant awarded by Heartland Song Network to record her first single “sixteen & happy”. Lucy enjoys writing in pop and classical music genres and was recently named a semi-finalist for ASCAP’s Morton Gould Young Composers Award in 2025.
