Lukey Pukey has paused production in favor of the new band forming around the project - <a href="spotify:artist:5xyVS6DJ8gtDbZXeHAyEEw" data-name="The Spectrals">The Spectrals</a>. The debut single <a href="spotify:track:5urBQfHK3l7OFFseSDVBhw" data-name="hugefuckinghole">hugefuckinghole</a> has Lukey Pukey on bass, guitar, vocals and drum machine to keep it as “tight” and clean as possible for a DIY indie punk project. The lineup will be filled out by permanent and temporary members for live shows and live productions.
Lukey Pukey is a DIY project started from a bedroom in Summerville, SC in September of 2022.
Their debut album “Dukey Days” features 9 songs that draw from the “Dukey Era”.
Drawing influence from bedroom pop, hip hop, 80s new wave, folk, punk, emo, & more, Lukey Pukey creates a style of music that can be intensely emotional, and hard to label.
