Nigerian-born, Atlanta-based Macdarrow is an AfroR&B artist whose sound blends soulful emotion with the warmth of African rhythms. Starting out as a breakdancer inspired by Usher, he never imagined he would sing—yet his deep, distinct voice became the foundation of his identity.
Shaped by R&B greats like Usher, Ne-Yo, Boyz II Men, and Ginuwine, he began writing music in secondary school and spent years exploring rap, songwriting, and different styles before discovering his true sound.
Today, Macdarrow creates music designed to make listeners feel understood and emotionally connected. In March 2025, he released his debut EP Love Notes, a heartfelt project rooted in vulnerability, storytelling, and purpose.
