MadeinTYO, (Made in Tokyo) doesn’t have your typical rapper backstory. As the son of a Naval Officer, he moved around frequently until his family landed in Tokyo for his teenage years. Influenced by the cultural melting pot around him and inspired by his older brother, producer/artist 24hrs, Madeintyo began to turn his passion for music &amp; style into a career. While launching his collective “The Private Club”, his bass-heavy production influenced a new genre of rap music with a playful approach to lyrics. With over 1 billion streams worldwide, he was the first artist in his lane to break at radio, opening the doors for many new artists.

His 2016 debut single “Uber Everywhere” was a viral sensation hitting top 10 at urban radio, earning a RIAA double platinum certification, over 100M streams on Spotify alone, and a remix by Travis Scott. With the first single setting a precedent for his career to follow, his next single, “Skateboard P” hit top 10 on Urban Radio and was certified RIAA platinum. In 2017, MadeinTYO held a coveted spot as a XXL Freshman. This led him to collaborations with heavy hitters such as Ty Dolla $ign, KYLE, &amp; 2 Chainz along with the release of his EP titled “Trues World”.

MadeinTYO continues to make waves in 2018. With an anticipated album to drop in the near future, and with the expansion of the private club he continues to break barriers &amp; inspire the masses. Every fan is a member, every member is family.&nbsp;
