Welcome to our page! We are Madelen's Request. We come from a the city of Hamar in Norway. Our music is inspired by the British 1960s-sound and a dose of Americana. Some people describe us as indiefolk or indierock. We often say we play folkrock.
Either way, we like beautiful melodies and harmonies and well-crafted lyrics with depth and details to enjoy. We hope you find that in our music.
We have just released our debut album OUT OF SEASON. Thirteen eclectic tracks inspired by the seasons in the nordic region, the seasons of the human life and the experience of the passage of time.
