Mads Arp has been shaping the electronic music scene since the early ’90s, releasing on top labels like Hooj Choons, Black Hole Recordings, Armada Music, and Café del Mar.

As one half of Miro, he moved to London and made waves with Pure Silk—a UK chart hit and Pete Tong’s “Essential New Tune” on BBC Radio 1. Miro played iconic venues like Ministry of Sound and Pumpehuset, and their track Spaceman was released three times due to popular demand.

They dropped the classics Paradise and By Your Side on Hooj Choons, both featured on Global Underground compilations, and their remix of Greece 2000 by Three Drives hit #12 in the UK Top 40.

Miro’s lush, downtempo sound debuted on Café del Mar Vol. 3—mixed by José Padilla—and has since appeared on countless chillout staples like Buddha Bar and Les Bains Douches.
