MäLT

MäLT is a synth-pop duo from Zürich (CH).


In January 2019 they released their first single <a href="spotify:album:2zDAN65NIEWkAHWVbdpBgg" data-name="Mon amour, mon amour">Mon amour, mon amour</a> and it got a very good feedback.
It was played as mx3 all for one on many radios (SRF3, SRF Virus, Couleur 3, Rete Tre,...) and they were invited to the 8x15 showcase by SRF Virus.
The sound of MäLT is characterized by a dense use of analog synthesizers, always looking for a special atmosphere, sometimes soft and downtempo, sometimes lively and danceable.
Now they have finished the production of their first EP, which will be released on 27.03.2020 via Radicalis.
Their single &quot;Another Day&quot; will be released on February 28th 2020.


Take a deep breath and close your eyes. Then start listening to the first beautiful sounds and smooth voices around you. MäLT’s debut EP is characterised by a stunning sounddesign, catchy hooks and melancholic textures. Every detail is in its place, nothing is left to chance.
On their debut EP they’re showing their two sides: dancy and sparkling on one side, melancholic and downtempo on the other. Nevertheless they’re always keeping the coherence between these two sides. Maybe it’s exactly this sweet and fluffy spot which excites the duo to produce their unpredictable music.

MäLT are Valentin Kopp and Francesco Fabris, both also belong to the dreampop band <a href="spotify:artist:6juzgav0YiNeXJWC0NZAn8" data-name="Bumblebees">Bumblebees</a>.
