Formed in Boorloo/ Perth WA in early 2024, MANAGOLD is a collective of unique creatives, whom brings their special touch to the band's electric and lively sound.
With a vast range of vocal styles from all band members, powerfully led by Angel Armstrong, every song is rich with harmony and well-balanced complexity. Dot Crawford brings vibrant energy to the drums, meshing seamlessly with the soaring synths and delicate piano crafted by Lem Idra, Bass/guitarist Nick jones creates rumbling movement in the basslines, covering the low end, while Max Meyrick and Joshua Barnett use powerful riffs and experimental sounds to achieve the band’s Cosmic sound.
The result is a musical kaleidoscope, with genres ranging from Prog rock, Pop, Electro-country blues, rock, funk, and everything in between. But at the end of the day, MANAGOLD is just an alt-rock band who prioritise fun over all else.
