Marho

The Rotterdam singer Oghenemarho (29) a.k.a Marho, born in Nigeria, discovered his love for music at a young age. Full of passion, he started singing at the age of 8 with the gospel choir in Nigeria Delta State.

He soon developed a love for afropop inspired by the great afro artists back in the old days including: Fela Kuti, Lagbaja and Awilo Lokomba.

His career officially started in 2018 after his song was featured on a radio show Young Agga. From that moment on he knew he could inspire upcoming artists with his new sound. In 2019 Marho caught the audience attention when he released his debut Ep and his summer hit song Hot Tempa

Sitting still is not an option for this young artist. Among other things he is just released his second studio Ep OGHENE II and releasing the second single called Samantha In his search for the perfect afro sound, Marho decides to go all the way back to his roots for the true mama Africa feeling. Moreover, his next project OGHENE II is ready for release on 6th AUGUST
With artists like Davido, wizkid, Kojo Funds, Runtown and 2baba as a source of inspiration, Marho hopes to win over the audience with his dancehall and his Afro vibes background.
