From Mexico, Cuba, Colombia, Italy and the UK this unique 8 piece band formed in 2013 out of the desire to shatter stereotypes within this genre.
They supported Mexican -American Grammy award winner Lila Downs at London's Barbican Centre in April 2024.
In 2022 they played GLASTONBURY (Leftfield Stage) and WOMAD (BBC Charlie Gillett stage).
They were interviewed by Clive Anderson and played their single, "Intro", live on 'Loose Ends' BBC Radio 4 in 2023.
They are favourites of Cerys Matthews (BBC Radio6/ Radio4), who interviewed them twice on the UK's most popular radio show, and premiered their versions of Back to Black (Huapango), El Toro Relajo in 2021 and Viva Mexico in 2022.
They played at Women’s Mariachi Festival in L.A, California in 2018 where they also played live on both Univision and Telemundo TV channels.
They count Salma Hayek amongst their fans, and played for her private birthday celebration.
They've played at festivals and venues as diverse as the British museum, the Roundhouse, Songlines Encounters Festival, Victorious Festival, Vamos festival, the 02 Forum supporting Calexico and many more.
They recently participated in the Festival international del Mariachi y la Charreria (Guadalajara, Mexico).
The group has 3 lead vocalists. Each member is a professional instrumentalist.
Their repertoire comprises of mariachi classics alongside original compositions and beautiful arrangements of classics in English arranged in authentic mariachi style.
