Vocalist MARK WINKLER, an acclaimed artist on the Los Angeles jazz scene, is releasing his new single, "Hold On" It is a duet recorded with the wonderful singer Sidney Jacobs. It is a track off his album "Hold On" and newly Sung, mixed and mastered. Mark wrote the lyric to a melody by Greg Gordon Smith, He's joined by Grammy Award Winning John Beasley on piano, Christian Euman on drums and Gabe Davis on drums. Sax solo is by Bob Sheppard.
In August of 2025 Winkler released his new album HOLD ON. The critically lauded album brings us into Winkler’s world where swing, humor, and even elegance conspire to create a thoroughly enjoyable listening experience.
On this album he has six world class pianists - Grammy Winner- John Beasley, Tamir Hendelman, Eric Reed, Greg Gordon Smith, Jamieson Trotter and Rich Eames- as well as Grant Geissman Guitar + Bob Sheppard saxes and clarinet.
