MATTZEN is an electronic dance music producer based in Malaysia. He is well-known for his snappy electronic production with catchy vocal melodies. Some of his notable releases including "<a href="spotify:track:5yvpnXKBVH3GK8rJIELTga" data-name="焱火">焱火</a>", "<a href="spotify:album:4XpUlGP0jOjQ5xJDLuoHAB" data-name="Why We Love">Why We Love</a>" with <a href="spotify:artist:4C5XqFb2CGLiIMavgaJPNC" data-name="Careen">Careen</a> and "<a href="spotify:track:43OUjZZ5q5M7Q38enFl1ju" data-name="Lights Off">Lights Off</a>" with Rachel VAnthony. His previous single "<a href="spotify:track:7wjUOMgO1a7g5EFD6ik2tK" data-name="Don't Mind">Don't Mind</a>" with <a href="spotify:artist:6eIVEJlX1m8teDuxnF9iU3" data-name="Rachel VAnthony">Rachel VAnthony</a> and <a href="spotify:artist:1Y2za0XzyluvtDTYtkFwJ7" data-name="朱浩仁">朱浩仁</a> made it to several playlists like <a href="spotify:playlist:37i9dQZF1DXayb37p8Vuer" data-name="流行音乐榜">流行音乐榜</a> and 華語有電音, 動感華語歌 etc. and had gained more than 100, 000 streams.

MATTZEN was a music director of KUAYUE in 2019 till 2020, a music society based in University of Malaya. One of his remarkable achievements was to produce an album consist of 10 original songs, composed by university students. He also helped in producing 2 theme songs for KUAYUE in 2020 and 2021, namely "跨越" and “Beyond The Boundary”.
Although MATTZEN had completed his Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering recently, his enthusiasm for EDM and pop music will not run out. He hopes that by combining engineering and music together, he can create something different from other music and bring new wave to local music scene.
