Danish downtempo electronica production duo Melk made their album debut in 2005. The duo is comprised of producers Anders Christophersen (aka Ormen, Aies, Pondul) and Rasmus Møbius (aka Brus), who made their commercial debut as Melk in 2004 with the song "Hummel" on Teeth: A Statler & Waldorf Compilation. In addition to their collaboration as Melk, Christophersen and Møbius also appear respectively on the compilation as Aies (a collaboration with Trolle//Siebenhaar vocalist Ane Trolle) and Brus. In 2005 Melk made their full-length album debut with Sports on the Statler & Waldorf label. The album features a range of guest vocalists (e.g., Trolle) and different beat-driven styles (primarily downtempo electronica, experimental hip-hop, and dub reggae). Several years later Christophersen teamed up with Trolle once again, this time in the supergroup Balstyrko, who made their Top Ten album debut in 2009 with Jagten Paa Noget. ~ Jason Birchmeier, Rovi
