Carlos Methrone Reynolds was born in Plant City, Florida. A small city 14 miles east of Tampa is where the Artist was raised by his Grandmother. Methrone realized his love for music at a young age and started performing in local talent shows. Inspired by artists like New Edition, Michael Jackson and Teddy Pendergrass, he was motivated to teach himself how to play the keyboard and had soon begun to write his own songs. Methrone knew in order to get discovered he would have to leave his hometown, so he accepted an invitation and relocated to Atlanta, GA. in 1997. There is where Methrone would find a local studio and record his first four songs. One of those songs titled "Loving Each Other 4 Life" would be the song to catch the ear of the Legendary Willie Clayton. Methrone signed with Claytown Records in 1999 and the classic album "My Life" was released. Today as an independent Artist Methrone continues to release the smooth and classic music that his fans loves him for.
