North Carolina singer/songwriter Michael Daughtry brings his audiences powerful, positive rock tinged with folk and pop. His vocal range shines in his original songs, which feature tight, driving performances as a solo acoustic act and with the backing of his band, The Drift. A gifted guitarist and pianist, Daughtry has earned accolades from a range of artists, including Luenell, Derek Trucks, John Ford Coley, and Dale Baker of Sixpence None the Richer. Daughtry has opened concerts for Jimmy Buffett and Edwin McCain, among others. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music.
