Michel Maouad is a singer-songwriter from Mount Lebanon. Since 2016, he has been an active member of Lebanon’s alternative music scene, writing and performing with WonderGaap and Gameboy System. During the fall of 2025, Michel began carving out his sound as a solo artist. Pulling from Americana and Midwestern influences, his music reflects on identity, the quiet patterns of daily life, and the uncertainties that come with growing older. Through a simple yet direct approach, Michel combines earnest lyrics with powerful drums, synths, and layered guitars to tell a story familiar to the human experience.
