Mike Edge (yes, that’s his real name) is a Los Angeles based singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer.
He has worked with notable artists such as <a href="spotify:artist:6DPYiyq5kWVQS4RGwxzPC7" data-name="Dr. Dre">Dr. Dre</a>, Rose Royce, Kenny Copeland (Rose Royce), Fernando Harkless (Marvin Gaye) Ivan Conti (Azymuth) Cassidy Turbin (Beck), Andy Johns (Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix), and has previously released a side project with the record label Stones Throw.
Edge made his solo debut 2017, releasing his self titled EP on Long Weekend Records, with the well received single <a href="spotify:track:5Wojaz9RidggGc4pJhLUbH" data-name="Been so Long">Been so Long</a>. On his new singles, <a href="spotify:track:4Em5Dsf7FZheKNUuBvujzf" data-name="So You're Young">So You're Young</a> and Me And You, Edge incorporates his distinctive guitars and keys with atmospheric horns and lush female backing vocals. Like his influences, he moves between genres, providing an intimate setting within the past and present.
