Mike Mic

Miguel Dejesus known as Mike Mic in the music scene started his music career as a DJ in 1995 at a club in New haven CT called (Club Flava) that same year in high school (1995) he created the group (Boriquas in Effect) after a few shows together the trio dismantled. At the end of 1995 he partnered with Edward G to form a duo named Mafia Negra and the rest is history. They performed on over 13 compilations after featuring 4 songs on DJ Flex’s Ruthless Headz and Controlando volume 16. The duo were the first east coast artists to bring Reggaeton to the Las Vegas Nevada stage. In (2004) Mafia Negra Released “Los Fundadores” under Universal Music Latino. The duo broke up on 2005 but Mike Mic prevailed and created a world wide movement by the name of Mafia Negra Records. Mike Mic went on to create 3 classic Latin Hip Hop mixtapes (Cultura Olvidada) Mike Mic also went on to produce for artists such as: It's Over (Ft. Fat Joe & N.O.R.E.) [Clean Remix] and other American artists such as: Joel Ortiz, Triple Seis, DJ Doo Wop, MNR world wide and Latin hip hop and Reggaeton stars like: Polaco, Ñengo Flow, Voltio. Mike Mic also Directed a music video for The famous duo “Nova y Jory” in 2019 Mike Mic will release a few singles before dropping his ep followed by his full album.
