Mike REAL is from Ferguson, Missouri. Influenced by hip-hop culture and a lover of rap music, he began writing raps in 2006. He quickly became a household name locally. In 2013, Mike REAL featured on the performance hit “Sanctuary” with artist Flame. The following year, he was a feature artist on the compilation album titled, Jesus or Nothing. In 2015, Mike REAL released his first solo album with Clear Sight Music titled, Mind of Hollis, which included hits “Catch Fire,” and “100 Bandz.” In 2016, he collaborated with Flame on an EP titled, REVIVAL.
In 2019, Mike REAL released an EP titled, Moonwalk. The body of work showcased his creativity and superior rap skills over top notch beats. Moonwalk is a collection of six songs including singles “Moonwalk” feat. KB and “Tesla” feat. Flame.
Throughout the years he has performed all over the country in unique venues including Times Square, Yonge Dundas Square, and Grizzly Fest. He was also a part of SXSW and the Black Out Circuit and For the People tours.
His latest release, S.O.S., is a collection of 3 songs which is available for streaming now.
